These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the az7777 online gaming platform, accessible at https://az7777.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service"). The Platform is operated by az7777 ("Operator", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and az7777. Access to the Platform and the ability to open an Account are subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You have a single Account only. The Operator does not permit multiple accounts per person, household or shared device.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must notify the Operator's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. If the Operator identifies that a User holds multiple Accounts, all duplicate Accounts may be closed and any associated Balances or Bonuses may be forfeited without prior notice.

The Operator reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address and documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds. Accounts may be restricted pending the completion of verification.

By using the Platform, you agree to abide by the following general conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, scraper or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by the Operator.

The Operator reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of these conditions and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

The Platform supports a range of deposit methods that are commonly familiar to Pakistani users. The following conditions apply to all deposits and payment transactions:

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The following rules apply to participation in Games and the Sportsbook on the Platform:

All casino games and sportsbook markets on the Platform must be participated in fairly and without the use of any strategy, software or technique designed to manipulate outcomes. The Operator reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where evidence of manipulation, system exploitation or abuse is identified.

• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without express written authorisation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio and visual materials — is the property of az7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only, subject to continued compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, payment delays, technical failures or unauthorised Account access.
• The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by the Operator's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion or money laundering.
• A request by a competent regulatory, law enforcement or financial authority.
• Detection of problem gambling indicators, where responsible gambling intervention is appropriate.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than User breach, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification and regulatory requirements. Bonus funds shall not be returned unless the applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to the Operator's internal complaints and disputes resolution procedure, details of which are available through the Help Center. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body as specified in the Operator's licence conditions.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform, including by displaying a notice on the website or sending a communication to your registered email address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
